This is my first couple days of having their caregiver services for my mom. I thank God every day that Fola comes in and provides care to my mom. She is the best; I hope she stays with us forever💗❤🙏🏽🤲🏼. She is caring, kind, compassionate, understanding and so respectful/dedicated in all her ways. She has a take charge attitude as far as my mom’s needs from day one she organized my mom’s room and came in wanting what was best for her and her mobility. She always asked our opinion. Which shows she is definitely a team player. Her appearance is lovely, always neat and wears her mask the entire shift. I hope you all know what a true gem she is.
The nurse came in and assessed my mom on day one. She was the best as well.

I have been working with universal pro care for six months now I’m 29 years old I’ve been disabled pretty much all my life at the age of 21 right out of high school.
